Mindfulness Series
Let’s face it, growing up is tough! But does it have to be? We’ve created a 4-week GOGA and Workshop series for young women and men ages 9 - 15.
This series will teach young women and men how to deal with everyday stresses and help them realize just how awesome they are!
We will be working on topics such as: Self-Confidence, Managing Stress, Mindfulness, Peer Pressure, Nutrition, Community Involvement, Volunteerism, Leadership, Environment/Nature.
