GOGA girls
Join us for a GOGA session that will relax and renew your body, mind and spirit. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, our amazing instructors will take your through a zen-ful yoga experience so you go home refreshed and our Goat Girls will make sure you go home happy.

Mindful living
Let’s face it, middle school is tough! But does it have to be? We’ve created a 4-week GOGA and Workshop series for young women in 6th, 7th and 8th grades. This series will teach young women how to deal with everyday middle school stresses and help them realize just how awesome they are! We will be working on topics such as: Self-Confidence, Managing Stress, Mindfulness, Peer Pressure, Nutrition, Community Involvement, Volunteerism, Leadership, Environment/Nature.
